GUINEA PIGS ADVENTURE

There where two guinea pigs living in a cozy home. One was called Salt and the other was called Pepper. Both of them loved food .Once when their owner was feeding them he left their cage door wide open and he forgot to close it. Salt was eating his food when suddenly Pepper snatched it away from him. And he began to eat it. Salt got angry and pounced on Pepper. Then Pepper got angry and pounced on Salt. Then they both rolled out of the cage.
“OH NO” screamed Salt. “How are we going to get in now?”
“I know!” said Pepper. “We can climb up that pot over there and jump into the cage.”
“No, we can’t do that. We can’t climb.”
Then their owner came to their cage to give them more food. When he didn’t see them he thought they where hiding under the newspaper which they always do. So he just left them their food and went away again forgetting to close the cage door.
Then suddenly Pepper smelt the food. He ran and he pounced into the cage even though it was very high. Pepper may not be very smart but he has a big tummy! Then after getting into the cage he helped Salt into the cage. And this time they both shared their food happily.

I love purple,
What about you ?
It keeps me happy
And pleasant too.
A purple flower is so sweet,
A purple brinjal is good to eat.
Purple grape juice is so nice,
I love to have it with lots of ice.
Blue is cool and red is hot
But purple is the best of the lot.

Monster & Me!

MONSTER AND ME!
What’s that thing -------------------------------- What’s that thing

Under my bed? --------------------------------- Above the bed?

It’s large and scary --------------------------------- It has two eyes
And has a big head --------------------------------- And a small little head.

It sits under my bed --------------------------------- It sleeps on the bed
All through the night --------------------------------- All through the night.

I think it wants violent fight! --------------------I think I am right,

------------------------------------------------------It wants a violent fight!

It has ten eyes ------------------------------------------ It has pearly teeth
That look like mice. ------------------------------And neatly cut claws.

It has sharp fangs, --------------------------------------- It has a clean,
And dirty claws, ------------------------------------And nice little jaw.
And has spikes, On his jaws.

Then we stared into each others eyes!
And this story is not lies.
“I think you will be a nice friend!”
“And this is final!”
And that’s the end.

My Little Sister

My Little Sister
My sister’s so nice,
She’s made of sugar and spice.
She is small and she is pretty
And her name is Dhrithi.
She’s beautiful and good
Especially in her good mood.
She can dance and skip,
And do hoola – hoop on her hip.
She runs very fast
And never comes last.
Her friends are Harini
And Arushi too,
And you, and you, and you and you!
She’s my sister, that’s who she is.
She’s just like I mentioned in this.

AMAZING ELEPHANTS OF ANDAMAN!

My family and I went to Andamans during our holidays. At Andamans we stayed in a cottage at a small resort called Bare Foot. In the resort there was an elephant named Rajan. Next to the resort there was a beach. Once when we went to the beach we saw Rajan swimming in the sea. His head was inside the water and his trunk was out so that he could breathe. It was amazing to see him splash his trunk in the waves. Later in the evening we thought we could feed Rajan. But Rajan was not well and had stepped on a thorn. We could see tears come down his eyes. The person who looked after him said that we could not feed him for he has to eat only leaves to get better. The next day we went to an elephant show in a beach. There a person said we could feed them. But when I fed the baby elephant the big elephant pushed his trunk forward to get the banana from me. I held the banana and walked away, and the elephant ran behind me to get the banana. When the elephant man took out the chains the elephants rushed and jumped into the water. The mummy elephant fetched water by her trunk and sprayed it on the baby elephant. We saw an elephant take a stick and brush his teeth. I rode on an elephant and I felt scared and excited I was really really scared and felt as if I was sliding down his back when the elephant knelt and then sat down .I jumped down and patted the elephant’s back. I did not know that elephants were so smart. They actually made me think they are smarter than me.
